📋 Description

• Create operational policies and procedures that drive standard practices and compliance both internally and externally • Leads TOS support execution with Territory Operations Managers in planning and execution of all assigned Field Operations projects • Manages communications and sends out agency Field Notices as directed by the Field Operations Team and/or Manager • Collaborates with Field Operations Analyst to create inventory reports for Territory Operations Management team • Responsible for data mining, developing, interpreting and launching monthly and quarterly open order reports for agencies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • 2 years of relevant experience required • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to provide RedSpot expired support to agencies • Working knowledge of large ERP systems, SAP preferred • Advanced level of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook email experience • Ability to handle multiple emails, tasks, and situations independently • Ability to perform expired billing
