• Support Account Executives in servicing middle-market commercial P&C accounts • Assist with day-to-day client needs, including policy changes, documentation, billing questions, endorsements, and certificates of insurance • Help prepare renewal materials and marketing submissions; coordinate with producers to ensure timely delivery and strong client outcomes • Apply knowledge to navigate complex coverage structures and negotiate with carriers • Communicate with carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and other policy information • Follow Arvor’s client service playbook and contribute to maintaining consistent, high-quality service standards • Participate in pilots of new tools and systems, providing feedback on usability and performance • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product, to help improve service workflows • Demonstrate curiosity, reliability, and attention to detail in all aspects of work
• 5+ years of commercial insurance brokerage experience (you have focused on middle-market and/or large accounts) • Understanding of core commercial lines (Property, GL, Auto, WC, Umbrella and Specialty Lines) • Proven success managing a book of complex accounts • Strong communication and analytical skills • Active, current P&C License (advanced designations a plus) • Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in fast-moving environments
