• Build and execute the global sales strategy for the MRO division • Drive revenue across rotables, expendables, engines, and landing gear • Develop and manage relationships with airlines, MROs, and lessors • Identify and unlock new business opportunities across global markets • Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team • Work closely with sourcing, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure smooth deal execution • Negotiate high-value deals and manage complex sales cycles • Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply/demand dynamics • Take full ownership of pipeline, performance, and revenue targets
• 8–15+ years of experience in aviation aftermarket / MRO sales • Strong existing network within airlines, MROs, and/or leasing companies • Deep understanding of at least one core segment: Rotables, Engines, Landing gear, Expendables • Proven track record of generating revenue and closing high-value deals • Leadership experience (building or managing sales teams) • Highly commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment • Fluent English and confident communication across global markets
