📋 Description

• Managing assigned healthcare requisitions from intake through candidate presentation • Sourcing candidates through databases, networking, and direct outreach • Conducting candidate screenings and evaluating qualifications and motivations • Presenting well-qualified candidates with organized notes and documentation • Maintaining recruiting activity within the ATS • Communicating regularly with hiring managers and recruiting leadership • Providing timely follow-up with candidates and maintaining a strong candidate experience • Operating efficiently in a high-volume recruiting environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred • Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred • Experience in staffing agency or full-desk recruiting environments highly valued • Ability to manage 35–40 active requisitions • Strong candidate vetting skills – understanding motivations, movement, and potential risks • Excellent communication and customer service with hiring managers • Highly organized documentation and recruiting activity tracking • Strong follow-through and responsiveness in a remote environment • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced hiring environment • Creative sourcing and relationship-building skills • Experience working with ATS platforms such as JazzHR, Greenhouse, Workday, or similar systems is helpful.
