📋 Description

• Utilize advanced and creative search strategies (market mapping, deep networking, cold outreach, and executive platforms) to identify and engage passive executive talent • Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders • Develop prospects into candidates through engagement and assessment • Lead client update meetings on active searches • Provide strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with executive leadership • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to advise leadership on talent pools, compensation trends, and recruitment landscape

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on executive level candidate generation in a complex and competitive market • 5+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership • Track record of strong stakeholder management • Attention to detail + ability to use data and analytics to inform and advise • A track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple high-priority executive searches simultaneously without sacrificing quality • Preferred Experience working in both retained executive search firms and in-house corporate executive recruiting teams. • Familiarity with Breezy, Gem, LinkedIn search • Industry-specific hiring experience in crypto, blockchain, and fintech.
