âą Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) âą High level of integrity and work ethic âą Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work independently and as an active member of the team âą Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management âą In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry âą In-depth knowledge of sales processes âą Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals and achieve sales quotas âą Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers âą Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills âą Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines âą Ability to build trust with a client and work as an advisor âą Capable of forecasting sales to achieve targets on a monthly basis âą Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools âą Strong customer service skills âą Experience in the HR industry a plus âą It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
