• Lead generation: use multiple strategies (cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling) to generate qualified leads. • Collaborative sales efforts: work closely with the Head of Sales to transition generated leads into the active sales pipeline. • Pipeline management: maintain and update an organized pipeline of prospects, following up consistently to keep leads warm and engaged. • Performance metrics: meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead-generation and meeting targets. • Customer engagement: build and nurture relationships with decision-makers within target industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). • Confident outreach skills via phone, email, and LinkedIn. • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office. • Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with good time-management skills. • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage. • Experience in the software or payments industry. • Experience working with public-sector clients or government authorities is a plus. • Understanding of SaaS sales and consultative selling approaches. • Proven track record of achieving lead-generation targets. • Analytical mindset and a structured, systematic way of working.
