• Product Development: Collaborate on the development of new loyalty products and services, from conception through launch, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives. • Go-to-Market (GTM) for Features and Products: Support the launch of new features or products, translating technical specifications into clear market value propositions. Work closely with Product and UX teams to ensure the customer’s voice is incorporated into development. • Lifecycle and CRM Strategy Development: Map the entire customer journey to create automated, personalized communication cadences. Focus on ensuring efficient onboarding, driving recurring use of key features, and preempting churn with re-engagement campaigns. • Cohort and Usage Behavior Analysis: Use data to understand which behaviors correlate with long-term retention. Run A/B tests on communications and offers to optimize conversion and in-product engagement rates. • Market Analysis: Conduct market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs, using these insights to guide product development and optimization. • Customer Experience: Focus on customer experience, ensuring loyalty products deliver meaningful value and meet user expectations. • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, technology, operations, and customer support teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support of loyalty products. • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify and propose innovations and improvements to loyalty products to ensure they remain competitive and relevant in the market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, Economics, or related fields. • Data Analysis: Experience handling large volumes of transactional and financial data. • Experience in product management, preferably with loyalty programs or related areas. • Experience in project management, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Product Management Tools: Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Jira, and others.
