📋 Description

• Product Development: Collaborate on the development of new loyalty products and services, from concept through launch, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives. • Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor and manage the lifecycle of loyalty products, implementing continuous adjustments and improvements to maximize value and customer satisfaction. • Market Analysis: Conduct market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs, using these insights to guide product development and optimization. • Requirements Definition: Work with internal and external stakeholders to define loyalty product requirements, ensuring alignment on objectives and product functionality. • Project Planning and Execution: Create and manage project plans for the development and launch of loyalty products, including timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of loyalty products using metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. • Customer Experience: Focus on the customer experience, ensuring loyalty products deliver meaningful value and meet user expectations. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technology, operations, and customer service teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support of loyalty products. • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on the status and performance of loyalty products, keeping documentation up to date and accessible to all stakeholders. • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify and propose innovations and improvements to loyalty products to keep them competitive and relevant in the market.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, Economics, or related fields. • Data Analysis: Experience working with large volumes of transactional and financial data. • Product Management Experience: Experience managing products, preferably in loyalty programs or related areas. • Project Management Experience: Experience managing projects with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Product Management Tools: Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Jira, and others.
