📋 Description

• Source and screen candidates for technical roles, including full-stack engineers, AI/ML engineers, and senior/staff-level engineers, across Argentina • Conduct initial outreach and screening calls • Assess technical and cultural fit • Manage candidates through the recruiting pipeline • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and the hiring team • Keep candidates engaged and responsive by following up and answering questions • Represent the company accurately and professionally • Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline/tracker for every open role

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience • Strong track record in technical hiring, including full-stack, backend, AI/ML, or senior engineering roles • Based in Argentina • Existing network in the local technology and engineering community • Proven ability to achieve strong response rates from Argentinian engineering candidates • Understanding of the local market, salary expectations, and candidate engagement factors • Comfortable working independently in a part-time, freelance capacity • Comfortable with role-based/success-based compensation • Strong written and spoken English • Fluent Spanish • Organized and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple open roles • Prior startup or fast-scaling technology company recruiting experience is a nice-to-have • Familiarity with sourcing tools, specifically LinkedIn Recruiter, is a nice-to-have
