📋 Description

• Develop and strengthen relationships with strategic partners, fostering engagement and driving business generation. • Conduct onboarding and training for new partners, ensuring their activation and alignment with company strategies. • Work together with partners in negotiations, meetings, and solution presentations. • Manage a portfolio of partners, identifying opportunities for expansion, revenue growth, and partnership strengthening. • Monitor performance, engagement, and opportunity-generation metrics, proposing actions to improve results. • Plan and execute relationship-building activities, trainings, campaigns, and joint demand-generation initiatives. Identify market opportunities and new avenues for collaboration with partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. • Experience in portfolio management, commercial relationship management, or partnership development. • Experience in consultative sales and B2B negotiation. • Experience with onboarding and development of clients, partners, or channels. • Knowledge of CRM and commercial management tools. • Ability to analyze metrics and translate data into actions. • Use of artificial intelligence tools for productivity, prospecting, or commercial management. • Differentiator: Experience in technology companies, SaaS, DataTech, or recurring-revenue businesses. • Knowledge of Salesforce • Knowledge of the credit market, financial services, or data solutions.
