📋 Description

• Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and recruiting websites. • Monitor applications and maintain an applicant tracking system. • Review resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements. • Conduct initial candidate screenings via email, phone, or video conference. • Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process. • Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for management review.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Recruiting, roles preferred. • Strong English written and verbal communication skills. • Experience reviewing resumes and supporting recruiting activities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). • Experience with applicant tracking. • Familiarity with U.S. employment and hiring practices. • Experience with job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, or similar platforms. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
