📋 Description

• Support sales teams by managing the operational backbone of the sales process. • From lead tracking to follow-ups and pipeline support, you’ll help ensure nothing falls through the cracks. • Allow sales leaders to focus on closing and strategy. • Work closely with founders and revenue teams to keep sales operations running smoothly.

🎯 Requirements

• Manage CRM updates, pipelines, and lead tracking • Support inbound and outbound sales workflows • Handle follow-ups, scheduling, and client coordination • Prepare sales reports, trackers, and summaries • Assist with proposal preparation and documentation • Maintain clean records of leads, conversations, and outcomes • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams as needed • Non-Negotiables • 3+ years of sales support, admin, or operations experience • Strong written and verbal English • Highly responsive and detail-oriented • Comfortable working with numbers, targets, and deadlines • Strong organizational and follow-through skills • Experience using CRMs, Google Workspace, and communication tools
