You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and help shape our sales playbook as we scale. • You’ll be the quarterback of every deal, leading initial discovery calls and site visits, product demos, and executive conversations with hospital decision-makers. You’ll partner closely with leadership, product, and customer success to ensure that every customer interaction is high-impact and aligned with our mission. • We’re looking for a high-energy, high-achieving professional who can think strategically but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and have the confidence to influence leaders to embrace new technology in an industry that’s ready for change. • Responsibilities: • Identify, target, and engage healthcare systems with high potential for transformation. • Lead compelling, value-driven presentations tailored to each prospect’s needs. • Collaborate with our leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and optimize sales processes. • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through diligent CRM management. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close new business. • Meet and exceed revenue targets while setting the standard for future sales hires. • Represent AssistIQ at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in healthcare or a related sector. Experience with direct sales to US health systems is preferred but not required. • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving complex deals to close. • Willingness to travel 30%+ to meet customers and attend events. • Entrepreneurial mindset—strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-first approach. • Self-starter with a relentless drive for results and the ability to thrive under pressure.
