📋 Description

• Prepare and maintain commercial shipping documentation. • Classify products using the correct HS (Harmonized System) Codes. • Update and maintain data across internal ERP and operational systems. • Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders and logistics providers. • Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues. • Support customs documentation and ensure compliance with import/export requirements. • Liaise with suppliers, warehouses and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment. • Maintain accurate inventory, shipping and operational records. • Assist with process improvements and operational reporting. • Provide general administrative support to the operations and logistics teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain support role. • Strong understanding of commercial shipping documentation. • Experience assigning or working with HS Codes. • Experience using ERP, logistics or internal business management systems. • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team. • Experience with international freight and customs procedures. • Knowledge of import/export compliance. • Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers. • Familiarity with inventory management systems. • Experience within manufacturing, distribution or e-commerce environments.
