📋 Description

• Manage and grow social media accounts across key platforms • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content • Edit and optimize posts, captions, and promotional content • Assist with content planning and campaign execution • Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to grow audience reach • Support digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and bookings • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination • Screen incoming calls and inquiries • Respond to client messages and general correspondence • Organize administrative tasks and ensure follow-ups are completed • Assist with day-to-day business operations and workflow management

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in social media marketing or digital marketing • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong understanding of major social media platforms • Experience creating and editing social media content • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills • Strong communication and customer service abilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Experience supporting photographers, creatives, agencies, or personal brands (preferred) • Familiarity with content scheduling and social media management tools (preferred) • Basic graphic design or content editing experience (preferred) • Experience in appointment booking or administrative support roles (preferred) • Prior remote work experience (preferred)
