Assure Consulting is a specialist lease expense management and property consultancy that helps occupiers reduce expenditure and risk across their real estate portfolios. 📋 Description

• Gain diverse insights as a project management expert. • You contribute your strengths — acting as the interface between IT, the business units and management, you drive proactive stakeholder management and ensure smooth project communication. • You keep the big picture in mind — as a generalist you are ready to build IT and industry knowledge and use your ability to think beyond the immediate scope. • You take responsibility — as a project management expert you find innovative solutions to successfully deliver our clients’ projects and programs across different industries. • You shape and implement change — as a change agent you advise clients on exciting transformation initiatives such as digital and agile transformation. • You stay up to date and share your know-how — in client projects you pass on your knowledge through tailored, practical training and thus contribute to project success.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least two years of professional experience in project management, preferably in consulting. • Solid methodological knowledge of project management (ideally with certifications) and initial experience leading small teams. • Agile project management approaches such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe are familiar to you. • You present yourself as personable and persuasive. • Analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills, and a proactive working style are among your strengths. • You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken. • You are willing to travel and enjoy working on-site at our clients’ locations. • You are curious, communicative, humorous, empathetic and passionate about working in a team.
