📋 Description

• Participate in projects, particularly relating to Cash-FX, financial transactions and reconciliations • Contribute subject-matter expertise, take on technical responsibility or project leadership • Analyze and optimize existing processes, booking logic and cash flows • Work on feasibility studies and concepts for new topics • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners in the custody process • Clarify client inquiries and act as liaison between different areas • Prepare clear, impactful presentations and decision papers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, a degree in finance or economics, or an equivalent qualification • Experience in project management or process optimization, ideally from the banking or financial sector • Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus • Ability to speak a common language with IT and to translate business requirements clearly • Confident user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel • Fluent German (C1) and working English (B1) for professional communication with international stakeholders • Initial professional experience in the securities environment is desirable but not mandatory • Analytical mindset and structured, solution-oriented approach • Willingness to take responsibility and be motivated by challenges
