📋 Description

• Oversee each step in the Occupational Health environment to ensure operations are processed effectively • Support clients by answering queries • Assist applicants with registration • Monitor and intervene in the occupational health workflow • Ensure test results are reported in a timely manner • Confirm and expire drug tests based on vendor confirmation • Check status on occupational health services completed 48–72 hours prior • Assist in creating and maintaining client specifics • Contact vendors for additional information on testing requests • Help applicants in remote locations find collection sites and manually register them when necessary • Manually register applicants using the ZIP code associated with their current address when not registered within 24 hours of an invitation • Compose and send occupational health test registration information to applicants • Provide hands-on monitoring to ensure all client needs are met

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Mexico; applications from candidates outside Mexico will not be reviewed • Maintain strict confidentiality • Highly organized • Production and planning skills • Ability to manage time and workload effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain stability under pressure • Flexibility and willingness to modify plans and behavior when necessary • Ability to represent the company positively internally and externally
