📋 Description
• Monitor and track shipments throughout the night to ensure on-time delivery • Maintain constant communication with drivers, dispatchers, and customers • Update load statuses in internal systems and customer portals • Address and resolve delivery or routing issues as they arise • Prepare end-of-shift reports and communicate updates to the day team • Support dispatch and operations as needed to ensure continuity of service
🎯 Requirements
• 1 -2 years previous experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatching preferred • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure • Computer proficiency (TMS experience is an asset) • Availability to work evening and overnight hours
