📋 Description

• HR Administration: Manage and support employees across the entire employee lifecycle, including contract administration, onboarding, offboarding, and the preparation of employment references and related documentation • Employee & Manager Support: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, advising on a wide range of HR-related topics and day-to-day people matters • Recruitment: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate candidate management activities, conduct interviews, and collaborate with external partners • HR Processes & Projects: Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and actively participate in the planning and implementation of HR projects • Employment Law & Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable labor legislation and internal policies, maintaining high standards of compliance and best practice

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification • Professional experience in Human Resources, ideally in an HR Generalist, HR Manager position or a comparable role • Strong understanding of employment law and core HR processes • Strong sense of ownership, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levels • Excellent command of both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
