📋 Description

• Handle global field employee onboarding, off-boarding and change procedures • Maintain documents and files for HR compliance • Engage in HRIS administration and client-specific provisioning • Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and a service orientation • Seek to continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfaction • Maintain and contribute to a professional work environment at all times • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 5 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions • General knowledge of employment laws, practices and government compliance regulations • Effective oral and written communication skills with sensitivity to a diverse employee population • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Resourceful with an ability to operate with limited information • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests from multiple sources • Experience working with large, enterprise-level HRIS • Understanding of APAC, EMEA and the US for backup is required • Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing • Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment • Must be able to use a computer • Must have the ability to communicate effectively • Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
