📋 Description

• Ensure the smooth execution of projects involving the customized VISIT software • Provide expert support and consulting to customers and service partners • Create detailed project plans and monitor timelines and budgets • Technically customize and seamlessly implement VISIT in line with individual customer requirements • Train customer administrators and users • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between Development and Sales • Support pre-sales and after-sales presentations and accompany the team at trade fairs • Manage an assigned customer portfolio beyond the project lifecycle • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers • Conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement • Support customers in realizing the maximum value from VISIT

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Information Systems or technical training, such as IT Specialist; career changers from the IT sector are also welcome • Strong practical experience with Windows Server, SQL databases, and APIs • Sound understanding of technical relationships and the ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner • Experience in project management, implementation, support, or consulting for software solutions • IPMA certification is an advantage • Strong team player with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work • Excellent German and English language skills
