📋 Description

• Provide strategic and technical consulting on cloud software for Customer Success • Implement and optimize software solutions for sustainable customer support and success • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with a focus on value and growth • Proactively identify optimization opportunities throughout the customer journey • Act as the interface between customers and the development team • Develop creative solutions and provide ideas for modern IT and Customer Success processes

🎯 Requirements

• Sound technical understanding of cloud software integration, including API documentation • Interest in modern Customer Success processes • Extensive experience in strategic customer management, from onboarding through renewal • Strong understanding of long-term customer support and development • Advanced Zendesk skills • At least 3–5 years of experience, ideally as a Zendesk Administrator • Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) is a major plus • Ability to proactively identify opportunities and challenges in customer management • Native-level German proficiency • Very good command of English • Independent, ambitious working style and confident manner • Reside in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, or Spain • No specific educational background required; applicants from all educational backgrounds are welcome
