• Build and maintain business relationships with new clients focused on HR Sales Consulting • Perform B2B prospecting, nurture existing relationships, and build new connections • Conduct demos and discovery calls to close new business • Identify and develop prospects via curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development activities • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources (CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, Insurance Brokers) • Utilize and become an expert in sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator) • Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas • Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 3 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) specifically HR consulting sales experience required • 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment • Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Proven relationship building and client service skills • Ambitious, positive attitude, and self-motivated • Proficiency with sales tools: Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator • Must be legally authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship)
