📋 Description

• Answer patient calls, texts, and callbacks • Schedule appointments for multiple therapists • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits • Review and submit claims in SimplePractice • Support daily front-office operations • Collaborate with the team

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of US healthcare administrative experience • Mental health/behavioral health practice experience is strongly preferred • Experience with patient scheduling and insurance verification • SimplePractice experience is REQUIRED • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Organized, reliable, coachable, and detail-oriented • Comfortable with productivity monitoring software • Applicants with experience in mental health, behavioral health, psychology, counseling, or psychotherapy practices will be prioritized • Open to candidates in LATAM and the Philippines
