📋 Description

• Conduzir workshops e reuniões de levantamento de requisitos com clientes; • Analisar processos comerciais e identificar oportunidades de melhoria utilizando Salesforce CPQ; • Traduzir necessidades de negócio em requisitos funcionais claros; • Configurar e parametrizar soluções Salesforce CPQ; • Elaborar documentações funcionais, fluxos e histórias de usuário; • Apoiar equipes técnicas durante a implementação das soluções; • Realizar validações funcionais e testes de aceitação; • Atuar como referência funcional para stakeholders e usuários.

🎯 Requirements

• Experiência com Salesforce CPQ • Experiência como Consultor(a) Funcional Salesforce, Consultor(a) CPQ ou Business Analyst • Conhecimento de processos de vendas, propostas comerciais, precificação e gestão de produtos • Experiência em levantamento de requisitos e mapeamento de processos • Vivência com documentação funcional e histórias de usuário • Capacidade de conduzir reuniões com clientes e stakeholders • Inglês avançado para comunicação profissional.
