• Manage and optimize Salesforce environments • Act as the functional reference for the platform • Work closely with business teams to understand needs and propose improvements • Ensure the quality of platform processes and data • Support users and conduct impact analyses • Document processes and best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Solid experience as a Salesforce Administrator • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration • Experience with automations, Flows, and user management • Advanced or fluent English • Additional Salesforce certifications (a plus) • Certinia certification • Experience in global projects • Knowledge of platform governance • Experience in complex, cross-functional environments
