• Fast-paced, business development role focusing on outcomes and skill development • Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate sales-ready leads and book meetings • Proactive outreach and follow-ups to prospects via phone or custom videos • Qualify prospects through needs analysis, budget and purchase authority (BANT) • Manage and maintain contact database and enrich data within CRM (SalesOS) • Provide weekly updates and insights to CSM/team lead for monthly strategy meetings • Building strong relationships for client satisfaction and retention • Stay up-to-date with the latest cold email outreach trends and best practices
• Engaging personality that builds rapport and trust • Persistent self-starter who does not take “no” for an answer • Confident communicator with an interest in learning advanced negotiation skills • The mentality of results, not hours • Ability to work independently, prioritise, and manage time effectively • Willingness to take constructive criticism, overall feedback and direction to increase sales and your income • Native speaker or fluent in German • Previous experience in a B2B Sales/Consulting role might be beneficial
