📋 Description

• Process and track vendor invoices • Support day-to-day Accounts Payable activities • Coordinate information and documentation requests from auditors, tax advisors, and other external consultants • Assist with preparation and submission of state, regulatory, and other required compliance filings • Maintain compliance calendars and track upcoming requirements • Help ensure important reporting and regulatory deadlines are met • Maintain accurate, complete, organized, and audit-ready accounting and compliance records • Support accounting and compliance projects, process improvements, and other assigned initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, compliance, or a related professional environment • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate and complete records • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders • Exposure to Accounts Payable, accounting operations, regulatory compliance, or audit support • Experience coordinating documentation or information requests with auditors, tax advisors, consultants, or other external partners • Familiarity with compliance calendars, regulatory filings, or deadline-driven financial processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Interest in improving processes • Eagerness to learn and develop broader knowledge of accounting operations, compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements • Collaborative, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities
