📋 Description
• Supporting B2B clients in Catalan and English via phone, email, and chat • Troubleshooting issues and guiding clients with tailored solutions • Verifying account information and following compliance guidelines • Delivering every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and excellence
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in Catalan and English (written and spoken) • Be living in Portugal • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn • Customer support experience is a plus, but not required
