📋 Description

• Answer customer questions by phone, chat and/or email • Solve problems and create positive customer experiences • Follow the brand's guidelines and quality standards • Log and update customer interactions in relevant systems • Work closely with the team to improve service

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch • Good English • Strong communication and active listening skills • A problem-solving, can-do mindset • Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools • Patience, empathy and a positive attitude • Availability to work in shifts • High school diploma or equivalent • Clean criminal record • B2+ English level • Availability to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Setúbal or Covilhã) • Must be a resident of a country within the European Union • CV must be sent in English
