📋 Description

• Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World. • Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. • Conduct pre-screening and interview processes to evaluate candidate suitability. • Present shortlisted candidates to Atlean World internal recruitment team. • Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English. • Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the BPO industry is a plus. • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, comfortable working independently. • Familiarity with digital recruitment tools and social media platforms.
