📋 Description

• Cold-call U.S. business owners to assess website needs and qualify soft leads for the founder • Guide new clients through onboarding by gathering required information, answering initial questions, and keeping projects moving • Check in with active clients, answer routine questions, and escalate issues to the founder • Maintain relationships with past clients and identify opportunities for future work • Log every call, lead, and client conversation • Learn and apply the company’s consultative sales style alongside the founder • Serve as the first dedicated point of contact for new prospects and existing clients • Report directly to the Owner/Founder

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent, clear spoken English — hard requirement for cold-calling U.S. small business owners • Genuine confidence picking up the phone and talking to people who don't know you yet • Strong written English for email and light documentation • Self-starting, persistent attitude; comfortable with rejection on cold calls and able to structure your own day without heavy hand-holding • Some client-facing experience in customer support, retail, hospitality, call center, agency work, or similar • Strong organizational instincts to manage an active list of leads and clients • Based in Latin America • Reliable connection for calls and video meetings during U.S. business hours • Prior outbound or cold-calling sales experience is a bonus • Experience at a digital agency, marketing company, or other services business with U.S. clients is a bonus • Familiarity with a CRM or lead-tracking tool is a bonus • Interest in growing from a sales-heavy role into a broader account-management role is a bonus
