📋 Description

• Own and manage the CTO’s calendar and inbox, including drafting responses and making prioritization decisions • Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, resolving conflicts proactively • Plan and execute complex travel arrangements (multi-location, multi-person) • Track tasks, follow-ups, and priorities across conversations and tools • Handle personal logistics such as appointments, errands, and scheduling • Conduct research on tools, vendors, and services when needed • Maintain organization across tools like Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace • Suggest and implement improvements to systems, workflows, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years supporting C-level executives or founders in fast-paced environments • Proven experience managing inbox, calendar, and scheduling independently • Strong executive judgment and ability to make decisions without constant check-ins • Exceptional organization and attention to detail • Experience coordinating complex travel and logistics • Strong written and spoken English communication • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability • Comfort with tools like Notion (strongly preferred), Google Calendar, Slack • Ability to work with Pacific Time overlap
