📋 Description

• Design, configure, implement, integrate, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions for employee services and shared-service operations • Provide detailed product and technical design input to Solution and Technical Architects • Translate HR, employee experience, shared-service, security, data privacy, and operational requirements into secure, scalable, and supportable solutions • Deliver complex, enterprise-scale HRSD/GBS ServiceNow implementations • Lead technical workshops and engage with senior stakeholders, including CISOs, security leaders, and risk and compliance teams • Manage technically complex implementations • Mentor technical teams • Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM/SOAR platforms, vulnerability scanners, identity and security tools, cloud security solutions, and enterprise applications • Present to executive and technical audiences • Work independently while managing multiple priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including GRC/IRM and/or Security Operations (SecOps) implementations • Experience delivering multiple end-to-end enterprise ServiceNow implementations • Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM, including Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Operational Risk • Strong expertise in ServiceNow SecOps, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence • Expertise in CMDB, CSDM, integrations, workflows, reporting, and security architecture • Advanced ServiceNow development/configuration skills • JavaScript and Glide APIs • REST/SOAP APIs • IntegrationHub and Flow Designer • Experience integrating ServiceNow with SIEM/SOAR platforms, vulnerability scanners, identity and security tools, cloud security solutions, and enterprise applications • Ability to lead technical workshops and engage with senior stakeholders, including CISOs, security leaders, risk and compliance teams • Experience translating business, risk, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions • Leadership experience managing technically complex implementations and mentoring teams • Current ServiceNow certification in one or more of: CIS - Risk & Compliance, CIS - Security Incident Response, CIS - Vulnerability Response, or equivalent current ServiceNow certifications • Minimum of 3 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred • ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD preferred • CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CEH, Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certifications preferred • Domain experience in cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, audit, incident response, or vulnerability management preferred • Experience in large enterprise, regulated, financial services, healthcare, government, or critical infrastructure environments preferred • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong problem-solving and consulting background • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Experience presenting to executive and technical audiences • Ability to work US timezone
