📋 Description

• Advise Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken as well as private banks on project-based optimization of sales controlling, from customer segmentation through to performance controlling. • Take responsibility from concept development through to implementation. • Provide consulting as well as training and coaching for bank staff and prepare training materials. • Work on projects in close cooperation with senior bank leadership, particularly in the areas of market and controlling. • Willingness to travel within Germany for approximately 130 days per year.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or Banking and many years of relevant professional experience in sales management at a bank, or equivalent consulting qualifications with a focus on the finance sector. • Experience leading cross-functional (sub)projects. • Ability to process and structure large data sets and translate them into process-oriented omnichannel sales. • Experience in the area of IDA as well as data analysis and interpretation. • Strong commitment to independent work and continuous learning. • Business-fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B2). • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with external partners.
