📋 Description

• Lead coordination between sourcing, sales, and logistics departments. • Coordinate structured meeting notes, track deadlines, send follow-ups, and coordinate action items. • Work with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth delivery processes. • Manage regular offer list preparation, including price calculations, availability coordination, finalization, and communication. • Manage and track customer interactions, sales data, and opportunities in the system for smooth follow-ups and accurate reporting. • Handle second-level email communication with clients and internal teams. • Provide sales insights and feedback to support strategic decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales or business coordination (FMCG, F&B, or lifestyle industry preferred). • Strong email communication and writing skills. • Strong communication skills in English. • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities. • Ability to coordinate efficiently across departments and with external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage. • Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn. • Comfortable working closely with senior leadership on a daily basis. • Knowledge / interest in specialty coffee is nice to have. • Big ideas and persistent curiosity are nice to have. • Experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, or B2B sales is nice to have. • Familiarity with CRM tools or any sales management software is nice to have.
