📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Portuguese-speaking users in Sao Paulo, Brazil • Resolve complex Finance and Accounting module issues within NetSuite at L2/L3 level • Provide expert support for Avalara integrations • Ensure alignment with Brazilian statutory tax requirements • Manage and document support tickets within the Teamwork Desk platform while maintaining the partner's brand identity • Advise the client on NetSuite best practices for financial reporting, period close, and accounting workflows • Represent the partner to its end-client in a high-touch, white-label support model

🎯 Requirements

• Native or professional-level fluency in Portuguese (written and verbal) • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite Functional experience with a heavy focus on the Finance/Accounting modules • Proven experience with Avalara tax automation within a NetSuite environment • Excellent client-facing skills • Ability to explain complex technical fixes to non-technical stakeholders in Portuguese and English • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred
