📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations from discovery to go-live • Apply SuiteSuccess methodology across all project phases • Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and process mapping • Align company business needs with NetSuite capabilities • Advise company stakeholders on manufacturing, WMS, and quality best practices • Identify process gaps and design scalable ERP solutions • Support cross-functional alignment across finance, supply chain, and operations • Oversee data migration, QA testing, and UAT activities • Coordinate functional and technical delivery teams • Perform NetSuite configuration (workflows, forms, roles, records, dashboards) • Support integrations in collaboration with technical consultants • Serve as the primary functional advisor for company stakeholders • Lead workshops, training sessions, and change management activities • Communicate progress, risks, and timelines effectively • Build strong long-term company relationships • Support post-go-live optimization and enhancement initiatives • Document solutions, configurations, and best practices • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and delivery standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of NetSuite implementation experience in manufacturing environments • Strong expertise in Manufacturing, WMS, and Quality modules • Proven experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations • Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations processes • Fluent English (C1 level or higher) is required due to direct engagement across NOAM regions
