The solution is trained and customized to each procuradoria's reality to help prosecutors, managers and advisors focus on strategic tasks while routine processing and automation run in the background.

📋 Description

• Identify learning needs with business teams and propose high-impact instructional solutions aligned with strategic objectives • Develop and adapt scripts, content, and instructional resources for customer-facing courses using clear, engaging, and accessible language • Structure and maintain up-to-date learning paths on corporate education platforms • Lead and enhance the onboarding process for new customers • Transform technical content into easy-to-understand educational and communication materials • Update content and manage the distribution of emails and other communications about training programs and customer updates

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as an Instructional Designer, preferably at a technology or SaaS company • Degree or ongoing studies in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Design (Graphic, Digital, etc.), Information Technology, or related fields • Ability to transform complex content into simple and engaging learning materials • Knowledge of corporate education platforms (LMS/LXP) • Quick learner • Focus on delivering the best possible user experience • Commitment to continuous learning • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to offer and ask for help • Excellent communication skills when working with technical and legal teams • Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Alignment with the values of Honesty and Ethics, Excellence and Care in Deliverables, Recognition, Respect, and Education • Experience with video editing tools (CANVA and Moodle) or similar tools is a plus • Knowledge of agile project management methodologies is a plus • Experience creating content for corporate education, legal, or government sectors is a plus
