• Active prospecting and development of new opportunities in the region, with a focus on strategic accounts. • Manage the entire sales cycle: qualification, needs assessment, proposal preparation, negotiation and closing. • Act consultatively, presenting technological solutions (including TMS) aligned with customers' pain points and challenges. • Visit clients locally to strengthen relationships and ensure greater presence and trust in the region. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients. • Manage and report the sales pipeline accurately, supporting data-driven managerial decisions. • Develop customized commercial proposals and conduct complex negotiations. • Work in partnership with Marketing, Product and Customer Success/Support, ensuring a smooth customer journey. • Monitor market trends, competitors and expansion opportunities in the interior of São Paulo. • Contribute to the structuring of commercial processes and support the mentoring of more junior professionals when needed. • Monitor KPIs and sales targets. • Keep the CRM always updated with all interactions and opportunity statuses.
• Required experience in B2B consultative sales. • Must reside in the interior of São Paulo (Ribeirão Preto and surrounding region). • Full cycle sales experience (prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closing). • Knowledge of technological solutions, preferably TMS, logistics or SaaS. • Ability to lead meetings with strategic accounts and high-level decision-makers. • Strong negotiation skills, proposal development and relationship-building abilities. • Experience managing and forecasting pipeline, with advanced CRM usage (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar). • Analytical profile, data-driven and oriented to KPIs and targets. • Ability to work in partnership with Marketing, Product and Customer Success/Support. • Knowledge of the market, competitors and industry trends.
