📋 Description
• Escalation management: Handling non-automated cases, e.g., complex tenant inquiries (such as lease terminations or rent adjustments) • Tenant support: Direct communication with tenants and property owners via email, WhatsApp, or phone
🎯 Requirements
• Career changers with a customer service background (e.g., from real estate or support) welcome • Not required but ideal: experience in property or rental management (SE) • Ideally with knowledge of tenancy law (BGB) • Basic knowledge of tools such as Zendesk, Odoo, or similar systems • Strong German language skills (C1+); English is a plus • Completed vocational training in the real estate sector (e.g., Immobilienkaufmann/-frau)
