📋 Description

• Lead the Company's Artificial Intelligence Hub under a hub-and-spoke operating model. • Manage a multidisciplinary team of senior consultants (technical and product). • Ensure overall AI governance. • Accelerate value capture in the generation and commercialization areas. • Engage with and contribute to the maturation of the spokes. • Report strategic progress directly to the Executive Board.

🎯 Requirements

• Conceptual technical knowledge and AI architecture • Fluency with power sector data • Governance, data quality, and metrics • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields. • Postgraduate specialization or MBA in Data Science, Data Engineering, or IT Management is highly desirable. • Strong proven experience leading engineering or data science projects.
