📋 Description

• Ensure the health of Aurum’s MRR, meeting the financial targets established for your portfolio • Secure revenue retention by addressing and reversing cancellation requests • Map reasons for cancellations and delinquency and propose improvements • Manage customers with overdue or delinquent payments • Advocate for the customer internally, listing needs and priorities of the subscribed plans • Ensure a high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints • Support customers via chat, WhatsApp, phone, and/or video conference • Report potential bugs to the technology team • Know competitors and articulate value propositions favorable to Aurum • Anticipate scenarios and develop action plans to achieve results • Ensure customer touchpoints are documented in the company’s tools • Manage crisis cases and mitigate negative impacts • Master Aurum’s solutions and stay updated on new features • Develop knowledge of the legal market, trends, and competitors • Propose and implement improvements for the Revenue area • Be a role model for Aurum’s values and culture • Participate in the team’s hiring processes and support the development of team members

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent time management and sense of prioritization • Proactive and results-oriented • Enjoy working in a team and be collaborative • Negotiation and sales skills • Quick problem-solving abilities • Minimum of one year of prior experience in negotiation or related areas (farmer, retention, expansion, pre-sales, sales, contracts, etc.) • Experience conducting negotiations by phone • Basic knowledge of data analysis and negotiation metrics • Plus: experience with dissatisfied customers and/or crisis management • Plus: experience with Intercom • Plus: experience in the legal market • Plus: experience with SenseData
