📋 Description

• Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for systems and applications, including user manuals, installation guides, technical specifications, and diagrams. • Support development and QA teams in organizing and standardizing documents related to the software lifecycle. • Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and features. • Ensure documentation aligns with best practices for usability, accessibility, and technical compliance. • Perform textual and structural reviews of documents produced by other teams. • Organize and version documents in internal repositories such as Confluence and SharePoint. • Assist in creating content for training and technical presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Languages, Communications, or related fields. • Strong technical writing skills and clear communication. • Basic knowledge of documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, Google Docs, and Microsoft Word. • Familiarity with software development concepts and agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Experience with video editing for documentation and training purposes. • Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut. • Technical Writing certification is a plus. • Knowledge of Unimed, SGU, or Cardio systems is a plus. • Experience in software technical documentation is a plus.
