📋 Description

• Support functional analysis of requests, organizing business information for presentation to the technical team, with validation from a more experienced analyst • Prepare functional documentation for requests and scoped improvements, detailing flows, business rules, and usage scenarios • Participate in backlog refinement together with the Product Owner • Interact with developers and support teams to clarify functional questions • Assist in requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders, recording information and raising questions • Define and document basic acceptance criteria for requests and improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields • Experience or interest in requirements elicitation and documentation, including academic projects, internships, or early professional experience • Basic knowledge of business analysis and functional specification • Experience creating acceptance criteria and executing functional tests • Understanding of impact analysis and solution validation • Ability to act as an interface between the business area and the development team, under guidance • Ability to read and assist in writing simple processes and functional specifications • Elicitation, recording, and documentation of requirements • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban is desirable • Knowledge of SAP Business One is a plus • Experience with testing tools such as Postman and Insomnia is a plus • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence is a plus • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and/or marketplaces is a plus
