• Build and nurture client relationships • Build an independent client portfolio • Assess and submit finance applications • Deliver end-to-end financial solutions • Provide standout service and fast outcomes • Operate independently while using Ausloans systems, tools, lender panels, compliance assistance, training, and support • Focus on helping clients and growing income

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in finance, sales, or a regulated industry • Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or willingness to obtain • Great communication and problem-solving skills • Drive to build your own business with support • Professionalism and attention to detail • Genuine care for clients • Self-motivated and able to operate independently • Ability to build and nurture a client portfolio • Primarily designed for self-employed brokers
