📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers across the Americas • Proactively source, engage, and assess candidates using various channels • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience • Regularly analyze recruiting metrics and optimize outcomes • Actively promote employer brand through various platforms • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on GTM roles • Advanced proficiency with recruiting technologies, including Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent CRMs, and AI-based sourcing tools • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills • Experience using recruiting data and analytics to drive decisions and improve outcomes • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
