📋 Description

• You work closely with the central New Business team, develop new approaches to acquisition, lead management and sales processes — and implement them together • Together with our Account Managers you develop strategies to delight clients long-term and maximize potential • You create, update and further develop sales materials, presentations and pitch decks — in close cooperation with Marketing • You maintain and develop our new business and contact database (CRM) and regularly analyze sales KPIs to continuously improve processes and results • You identify cross- and upselling opportunities and contribute to sustainably expanding our client relationships • You proactively approach interesting companies — by phone, LinkedIn or email — and engage them in conversation with us • You respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and actively contribute your ideas to our sales strategy • You participate in events, pitches, presentations and strategy workshops — and actively help shape our new business area

🎯 Requirements

• You are a communication talent who enjoys connecting people and topics • You have initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in an agency, IT or online marketing environment • You enjoy working in a team and value close coordination — especially with Account Management, Marketing and other departments • You think in terms of sales as well as process and strategy — and enjoy further developing structures and workflows • You are well organized and remain calm and focused even when juggling many tasks • You have a basic technical understanding — or the willingness to dive into technical topics • Above all: you want to make an impact and take responsibility
